Badminton News Publisher is a private content-management tool that helps authorized users discover badminton news, prepare editorial drafts, create visual content, and publish approved posts to Facebook Pages.

Only users approved by the application owner may use the application.

Users must:

Access only Facebook Pages they are authorized to manage.
Keep account credentials and access details secure.
Follow applicable laws and the terms and policies of Meta, Facebook, Telegram, OpenAI, and relevant content providers.

Content Responsibility

Users are responsible for reviewing all drafts, translations, images, quotations, and other content before publication.

Users must ensure that they have the necessary rights, licenses, permissions, or legal basis to use and publish text, images, trademarks, and other materials.

The application does not guarantee that generated content is accurate, complete, error-free, or suitable for publication.

Prohibited Use

Users may not use the application to:

Publish false, unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or infringing content.
Access or publish to a Facebook Page without authorization.
Violate intellectual-property or privacy rights.
Distribute malware, spam, or fraudulent promotions.
Attempt to bypass application permissions or security controls.
Share access tokens, API keys, or confidential application credentials.

Third-Party Services

The application depends on third-party services, including Meta, Facebook, Telegram, OpenAI, news websites, and hosting providers.

Availability and functionality may be affected by changes, outages, restrictions, or policies imposed by those providers.

Suspension and Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated if a user violates these terms, loses authorization, creates a security risk, or misuses the application.

Disclaimer

The application is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee continuous availability, uninterrupted publishing, specific reach, audience engagement, revenue, or other performance results.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the application operator will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses resulting from use of the application, publishing errors, third-party service outages, account restrictions, content claims, or loss of audience reach.

Changes to These Terms
