USER DATA DELETION INSTRUCTIONS

Badminton News Publisher allows authorized users to request deletion of information associated with their use of the application.

How to Request Deletion

Send an email to:

namthanglongjsc.com@gmail.com

Use the following subject line:

Badminton News Publisher – Data Deletion Request

Include the following information:

  • Your full name.

  • Your Telegram username or Telegram User ID, if applicable.

  • The name or ID of the Facebook Page connected to the application.

  • A description of the information you want deleted.

  • An email address where we can confirm completion.

For security reasons, we may request additional information to verify that the requester is authorized to access the relevant account or Facebook Page.

What May Be Deleted

Depending on the request and the information available, deletion may include:

  • Telegram user identifiers and application roles.

  • Stored article drafts and translations.

  • Saved publishing history.

  • Facebook Page identifiers associated with the user.

  • Locally stored images, banners, and related application records.

  • Stored Facebook access credentials where applicable.

Processing Time

We will review valid requests and normally complete deletion within 30 days. We will send confirmation to the email address provided when the request has been completed.

Certain limited records may be retained when required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or backup integrity.

Removing Facebook Permissions

You may also remove the application's access through your Facebook account:

  1. Open Facebook Settings & Privacy.

  2. Select Settings.

  3. Open Apps and Websites or Business Integrations.

  4. Find Badminton News Publisher.

  5. Select Remove.

Removing Facebook permissions prevents future access through those permissions but may not automatically delete records already stored by the application. To request deletion of stored records, use the email process above.
